Bollingerov prestižan cuvée je starinski La Grande Année, napravljen od otprilike dvije trećine Pinot Noira i jedne trećine Chardonnay-a. Proizvodi se tek kada berba postigne savršenu ravnotežu. Ovo vino u potpunosti fermentira u hrastovim bačvama i podvrgava se drugoj fermentaciji ispod plute. Puno je aromama meda, đumbira i cimeta, a nudi srž od peciva i kandiranih ukusa pomorandže na nepcu. Ovaj prestižni cuvée istaknut je u “James Bond Casino Royale”, gdje je filmski set bio postavljen ovdje u Crnoj Gori. 84% grožđa dolazi iz vinograda Grand Cru.

Bollinger’s prestige cuvée is the vintage-dated La Grande Année, made of roughly two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay. It is produced only when the harvest reaches a perfect balance. This wine ferments entirely in oak barrels and undergoes its second fermentation under cork. It’s filled with aromas of honey, gingerbread and cinnamon, and offers a core of pastry and candied orange flavors on the palate.  This prestige cuvée was featured prominently in James Bond’s Casino Royale, which was set here in Montenegro.  84% of the grapes are from Grand Cru vineyards.
