Blanc de Blancs “THE” je pjenušavo vino Vinarije Deurić, proizvedeno od 100% Chardonnay sa južnih padina Fruške Gore. Proizvedeno tradicionalnom metodom, uz sekundarnu fermentaciju u boci i produženo odležavanje na talogu, vino naglašava eleganciju, svježinu i čistoću voća, predstavljajući profinjeni kontrast Blanc de Noirs izdanju vinarije.

U čaši se pokazuje svijetla zlatna boja sa briljantnim odsjajem i finim, postojanim perlanjem. Na nosu je elegantno i uzdignuto, sa aromama citrusa, zelene jabuke i bijele breskve, uz note bijelog cvijeća, brioša i blagih bademastih tonova. Na nepcu je svježe i precizno, sa živom kisjelinom i svilenkastom teksturom; ukusi limuna, voća i peciva vode ka dugoj, čistoj završnici sa izraženom mineralnošću i elegancijom.

Blanc de Blancs “THE” is a sparkling wine from Vinarija Deurić, produced from 100% Chardonnay grown on the southern slopes of Fruška Gora. Crafted using the traditional method, with secondary fermentation in bottle and extended ageing on lees, it emphasizes finesse, freshness, and purity of fruit, offering a refined counterpoint to the estate’s Blanc de Noirs.

In the glass, it shows a pale golden colour with bright reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is elegant and lifted, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white peach, complemented by notes of white flowers, brioche, and subtle almond. On the palate, it is fresh and precise, with lively acidity and a silky texture; flavours of lemon, orchard fruit, and pastry lead to a long, clean finish with pronounced minerality and elegance.
