Porodica Ceretto je uvijek bila posvećena proizvodnji najizražajnijih i najautentičnijih vina koje njihova zemlja može pružiti. Trenutna generacija, na čelu sa Alessandrom Cerettom, vodi vinariju u 21. vijek koristeći prirodne metode za uzgoj vinove loze koja je jača, zdravija i više u skladu sa svojim okruženjem... stoga i biodinamička certifikacija za ovo vino.

Asili je prestižan i istorijski cru koji se može pohvaliti jedinstvenim terenom zahvaljujući prisustvu Sant'Agata lapora, mješavine gline i krečnjaka. Grožđe za ovo vino dolazi isključivo sa vrha brda u cru, gdje su tla posebno siromašna, ali bogata mineralima.

Vino se otvara primamljivim mirisima mirisnog plavog cvijeta, sjeckane nane, šumskog voća i daškom egzotičnog začina. Linearno i elegantno strukturisano, vibrantno, fokusirano nepce pruža zdrobljenu malinu, sočnu crvenu trešnju, sladić i začine za pečenje. Čvrsti fino zrnasti tanini i svježa kiselost pružaju besprijekornu podršku i ravnotežu.

The Ceretto family has always been committed to producing the most expressive and authentic wines their land can yield.  The current generation, lead by Alessandro Ceretto, is taking the winery into the 21st century by using natural methods to foster vines that are stronger, healthier, and more in balance with their environment… hence the biodynamic certification for this wine. 

Asili is a prestigious and historic cru that boasts an unique terrain thanks to the presence of Sant'Agata marl, a mix of clay and limestone.  The grapes for this wine come exclusively from the top of the hill in the cru, where the soils are particularly pool, but mineral-rich.

The wine opens with enticing scents of fragrant blue flower, chopped mint, woodland berry and a whiff of exotic spice. Linear and elegantly structured, the vibrant, focused palate delivers crushed raspberry, juicy red cherry, licorice and baking spice. Taut fine-grained tannins and fresh acidity provide seamless support and balance.
