Alteni di Brassica se proizvodi isključivo od sorte Sauvignon Blanc, sa vinograda površine oko 3 hektara, na pretežno glinovito-krečnjačkom tlu.
Alteni iz berbe 2022. je intenzivno i izbalansirano vino sa širokom paletom aroma. Sadrži citrusne, botaničke i mineralne note, uz kompleksne mirise smole, kleke, krastavca, listova smokve, biljnog soka i blagi nagovještaj baruta. Kako se vino otvara u čaši, mogu se osjetiti i note geranijuma, grejpfruta, zrele kruške, žalfije i nane. Ukus je uravnotežen, sa slanom svježinom koja savršeno dopunjuje kisjelost. Prisutna je i blaga tostiranost, pomiješana sa slatkom, svježom senzacijom. Vino ima rafiniran osjećaj u ustima, obilježen tenzijom i mineralnošću. Odlično se slaže sa morskim plodovima i bogatim salatama, ali je dovoljno strukturno da prati i jela poput pečene piletine ili piletine u krem sosu.

Located in Barbaresco (Piedmont) in northwestern Italy, the GAJA winery is widely considered to be one of the greatest estates in the world, producing coveted and collectible wines. The majority of their production is red wines, principally Barbaresco and Barolo ... the white wines of the estate are fabulous, but quite rare. This Alteni di Brassica is produced from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, from a vineyard of approximately 3 hectares with a mainly calcareous clay soil.
Alteni in 2022 is an intense and well-balanced wine with a wide range of aromas. It has citrus, botanical and mineral notes, along with complex scents of resin, juniper, cucumber, fig leaves, sap, and a hint of gunpowder. As the wine opens up in your glass, you may note geranium, grapefruit, ripe pear, sage, and mint notes. The taste is well-balanced, with a salty savouriness that complements the acidity. There’s a slight toastiness mixed with a sweet, fresh sensation. The wine has a fine mouthfeel, marked by tension and minerality. This is a great match for seafood, as well as hearty salads, but it's also substantial enough to be paired dishes such as chicken, either roasted or in cream sauce.
