Napravljen od 100% Pinot Noira sa jednog vinograda, sa čokota prosječne starosti 40 godina, ovaj šampanjac odležava najmanje 48 mjeseci na finom talogu, a degoržira se s dozom od svega 1 gram kako bi se očuvala izražajnost terroira. Vizuelno je bistre žute boje sa zlatnim odsjajima.
Na nosu je intenzivan i kompleksan, s notama svježeg žutog i egzotičnog voća, jasmina i daškom slatkih začina. Na nepcu je prilično moćan, s dugom i živahno-kiselkastom završnicom. Izvanredno se slaže s jelima punog ukusa, poput jastoga ili romba u sosu od narandžinog putera.

With 47 hectares of vineyards on the estate certified HVE3 since 2015, Alexandre Bonnet champagnes embody a strong identity, both as a symbol and emblem of this unique terroir. Their Blanc de Noirs NV was named best Blanc de Noirs in the world by the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in 2020.
Made from a single vineyard of 100% Pinot Noir, from vines with an average age of 40 years, this spends a minimum of 48 months on fine lees, disgorging with a dosage of just 1 gram in order to preserve the wine's expression of place. Visually this is a limpid yellow with gold reflections. Intense and complex on the nose, it offers notes of fresh yellow-fleshed and exotic fruits, jasmine and a touch of sweet spices. On the palate it is quite powerful with a long and tangy finish. It's a terrific pairing for flavourful dishes such as lobster, or turbot in orange butter.
