Napravljen od 100% Pinot Noira, sa čokota prosječne starosti 30 godina, ovaj šampanjac odležava najmanje 36 mjeseci na finom talogu, a degoržira se s malom dozom ekspedicionog likera kako bi se sačuvala čistoća vina. Bistre žute boje sa zlatnim odsjajem, nudi profinjene i slojevite arome kruške, breskve, kajsije, šljive i kozje krvi… uz blagu začinsku notu, dodir citrusa i svježi akcenat mente.
Na nepcu je raskošan i veoma ukusan, sa elegantnom mineralnom strukturom. Sjajno se slaže s masnijom ribom poput skuše, raznim školjkama i drugim plodovima mora, kao i sa španskim suhomesnatim proizvodima.

With 47 hectares of vineyards on the estate certified HVE3 since 2015, Alexandre Bonnet champagnes embody a strong identity, both as a symbol and emblem of this unique terroir. Their Blanc de Noirs NV was named best Blanc de Noirs in the world by the Champagne & Sparkling Wine World Championships in 2020.
Made from 100% Pinot Noir, from vines with an average age of 30 years, this spends a minimum of 36 months on fine lees, disgorging with a low dosage to preserve the purity of the wine. A clear yellow colour with gold glints, this Champagne offers refined and complex aromas of pear, peach, apricot, plum and honeysuckle... it's also slightly spicy with a touch of citrus and refreshed by a minty note. On the palate it is generous and mouth-watering with an elegant and mineral backbone. This is a terrific pairing with more oily fish such as mackerel, all sorts of shellfish and other seafood, as well as with Spanish charcuterie.
