Champagne Victoire, Blanc de Noirs NV (750 ml)

Napravljen od 63% Pinot Noir i balansiranog Pinot Meunier, šampanjac je ljupke boje limuna sa bakrenim naglascima. Uz vrlo suptilnu crvenu voćnost, nudi arome maline, svježe crne ribizle i divljeg šipurka. Ovdje ima puno elegancije i definicije, s puno kamene mineralnosti. Prilično je čist i okomit sa lijepom svježinom. Dobro se slaže i kao aperitiv i uz predjela, ali i uz sadržajnija jela poput pečene piletine sa šampinjonima.

Made from 63% Pinot Noir, and the balance Pinot Meunier, the Champagne is a lovely lemon colour with copper highlights.  With a very subtle red fruitiness, it offers aromas of raspberry, fresh black current and wild rosehip.  There is a lot of elegance and definition here, with a lot of stony minerality.  This is quite pure and vertical with a lovely freshness.  It works well as an aperitif and with appetizers, but also with more substantive dishes like roast chicken with mushrooms.
