    Pouilly-Fuissé je jedna od najpoznatijih apelacija u Mâconnais regiji, poznata po Chardonnay vinima veće dubine i strukture, često sa krečnjačkih padina. Joseph Drouhin ovo vino oblikuje sa fokusom na eleganciju i balans, spajajući čistoću voća sa suptilnom kompleksnošću i profinjenim izrazom terroira.

    U čaši se pokazuje svijetla zlatna boja sa zelenkastim odsjajem. Na nosu je izražajno i slojevito, sa aromama zrele jabuke, kruške i bijele breskve, uz note citrusa, bijelog cvijeća i nagovještaj lješnika i putera. Na nepcu je srednjeg do punog tijela, sa zaokruženom, svilenkastom teksturom i svježom kisjelinom; ukusi voća, citrusa i diskretnih tonova drveta vode ka dugoj, harmoničnoj završnici sa izraženom mineralnošću i elegancijom.

     

    Pouilly-Fuissé is one of the most renowned appellations of the Mâconnais, producing Chardonnay wines of greater depth and structure, often from limestone-rich slopes. Joseph Drouhin crafts this cuvée with a focus on elegance and balance, combining fruit purity with subtle complexity and a refined expression of terroir.

    In the glass, it shows a bright golden colour with green reflections. The nose is expressive and layered, with aromas of ripe apple, pear, and white peach, complemented by notes of citrus, white flowers, and a touch of hazelnut and butter. On the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, with a rounded, silky texture and fresh acidity; flavours of stone fruit, citrus, and subtle oak nuances lead to a long, harmonious finish with mineral precision and elegance.
