Samo 2.600 boca proizvedeno je od ove stare vinove loze Garnacha Tinto. Grožđe je sakupljeno iz vinograda veličine 1 hektara sjeveroistočno od Sierra de Gredos, ručno ubrano, hladno fermentirano, a potom odležavalo šest mjeseci u hrastovim bačvama, a zatim u bocama. Lagano začinjeno aromama murvi, maline i kakaa, ali i nježnim notama paprike, dima i džema od jagoda. Glatko na nepcu, uparivati sa jelima od crvenog mesa i divljači, tradicionalnim jelima, sirevima i jelima od riže sa medom.
Only 2,600 bottles are produced of this old-vine Garnacha Tinto, harvested from a 1 hectare vineyard northeast of the Sierra de Gredos, hand-selected, cold-fermented and then aged six months in oak barrels and then in bottle. Lightly spicy with aromas of mulberry, raspberry and cocoa, as well as subtle pepper, smoke and strawberry jam notes. Smooth on the palate with good tension, this pairs with red meat and game dishes, traditional stews, cheeses, and honeyed rice dishes.
