Referentno vino za ovu poznatu zadrugu, ovaj Pinot Bianco je bistre blijedožute boje sa blagim zelenkastim odsjajima. Na nosu nudi oštre note jabuke i kruške koje se miješaju s aromama maline i limete kao i  kamilice i limunske trave. Dobar je pratilac za predjela kao što su carpaccio od lososa i tune, burrata i salata od avokada, a odlično se slaže i sa špagetima alla carbonara; gratiniranim san žakom i škampima na žaru, zubatac ili oradama.

A benchmark wine for this famous cooperative, this Pinot Bianco is clear pale yellow with a slight greenish shimmer.  On the nose it offers crisp notes of apple and pear mingling with aromas of raspberry and lime, plus a touch of chamomile and lemongrass.  A good companion for hors d’oeuvres such as salmon and tuna carpaccio, burrata and avocado salad, it also pairs very well with spaghetti alla carbonara; scallops au gratin, and grilled shrimp, dentex or sea bream.
