Pedro „Guímaro“ smatra da bi 2019. mogla biti jedna od najboljih nedavnih berbi, sa uslovima za udžbenike i savršenim ciklusom za grožđe. Joven je uvijek “bez hrasta” i fermentiran je u inoksu as autohtonim kvascima i sazrijeva u spremniku sa talogom četiri do osam mjeseci, zavisno od serije. Svijetle rubin boje, vino ima izražen nos, živo nepce sa vrlo finim taninima, čistim ukusima i vrhunskim finišom.

Pedro “Guímaro” thinks 2019 could be one of the finest recent vintages, with textbook conditions and a perfect cycle for the grape. The Joven is always unoaked and fermented in stainless steel with indigenous yeasts and matured in tank with the lees for four to eight months depending on the lot. A bright ruby colour, the wine has an expressive nose, a vibrant palate with very fine tannins, clean flavors and a superb finish.
