Il Pino iz berbe 2021. godine sa spektakularnog imanja Lodovica Antinorija Tenuta di Biserno u Bibboni možda je do sada najbolje.  Ova kupaža sorti Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot i Cabernet Sauvignon u nosu nudi intenzivne arome zrelog voća sa začinskim notama. Hrastovina je dobro integrisana i doprinosi kompleksnosti i balansu. Srednjeg do punog tijela sa zrelim taninima, finom kiselošću i odličnom dužinom. Već je očaravajuće, a ima sve komponente za lijep razvoj u sljedećih nekoliko godina.  Jedna je od skrivene ponude regije Bolgheri / Bibbona.

From Lodovico Antinori’s spectacular Tenuta di Biserno in Bibbona, the 2021 vintage of Il Pino may be the best yet.  A blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Sauvignon, the wine offers an intense nose with ripe fruit and some spicy notes. The oak is well integrated and adds complexity and balance.  Medium to full bodied with ripe tannins, a fine acidity and great length. The wine is already stunning to drink and has all the components to develop beautifully over the next few years.  This is one of the great hidden bargains of the Bolgheri / Bibbona region.
