Dewar's je jedan od najviše nagradjivanih viskija, a u skorije vrijeme je i osvajač Monde Grand Gold u širokoj selekciji. Njihov 12 godina odležavan Scotch Whisky je blend single malt-a i single grain viskija, koji je duplo staren u hrastovim i sherry buradima. Većina žitarica dolazi iz Aberfeldija, destilerije podignute 1886 od strane sina Johna Dewar's-a, Aleksandra. Blend je nevjerovatno gladke strukture. Prvi njuh otkriva zrele voćne tonove i gusti, kremasti slad. Veoma cvjetan i prilično slatkast, sa tonovima pečenog ječma, badema i dašak meda. Paleta je pefrektno ispunjena notama ječmenog slada, tosta na puteru, dašak meda i anisovih zacina.

Dewar's is one of the world's most awarded whiskies, recently winning the Monde Grand Gold across their range.  Their 12 Year Aged Scotch Whisky is a blend of single malt and single grain whisky that has been double-aged in oak and sherry barrels. Most of the grain comes from Aberfeldy, a distillery built in 1886 by John Dewar’s son, Alexander.  The blend is strikingly smooth.  A first sniff reveals a heady note of juicy fruit and thick, creamy malt. Rather floral, and quite sweet with notes of toasted barley, almond and a tinge of honey.  The palate is perfectly poised with notes of barley malt, hot buttered toast, a little honey, and some aniseed spiciness.
