Proizveden od strane kuće Louis Jadot, Côte de Beaune-Villages Rouge 2023 nastaje isključivo od sorte Pinot Noir sa pažljivo odabranih vinograda u apelaciji Côte de Beaune-Villages, jednom od najpoznatijih vinogradarskih područja Burgundije. Vino odležava u francuskim hrastovim bačvama, od kojih je dio novih, čime dobija dodatnu složenost, dok voćni karakter i izraženost terroira ostaju u prvom planu.

Sjajne rubin-crvene boje, vino otvara arome crvene trešnje, maline i šumske jagode, koje prate nježne note ljubičice, blagih začina i diskretan dodir kedrovine. Na nepcu je svježe, elegantno i lijepo strukturirano, sa svilenkastim taninima, živahnom kisjelinom i ukusima crvenog bobičastog voća, suptilnim zemljanim tonovima i skladno uklopljenim hrastom koji vode ka dugom, uravnoteženom završetku. Klasičan burgundski Pinot Noir, odlično se slaže sa pečenom živinom, pačetinom, teletinom, lososom sa roštilja, jelima od pečuraka i mekim kremastim sirevima.

Produced by Maison Louis Jadot, Côte de Beaune-Villages Rouge 2023 is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown in selected vineyards across the Côte de Beaune, one of Burgundy's most celebrated wine-growing regions. The wine is matured in French oak barrels, a proportion of which are new, adding subtle complexity while allowing the purity of the fruit and the character of the terroir to remain at the forefront.

Bright ruby red in colour, the wine displays aromas of red cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry, complemented by delicate notes of violet, gentle spice and a touch of cedar. The palate is fresh, elegant and finely structured, with silky tannins, lively acidity and flavours of red berries, subtle earth and well-integrated oak leading to a long, balanced finish. A classic Burgundy, it pairs beautifully with roast poultry, duck, veal, grilled salmon, mushroom dishes and soft, creamy cheeses.
