Ova Cava je kupaža od 70% Garnacha i 30% Pinot Noir, blijedo roze boje, sa aromama jagode, crvene pomorandže i cvijeća sa jakim mirisom, izoštrene energičnim mineralnim notama. Na nepcima je svježe i elegantno, snažno i postojano vino sa notama citrusa i crvenog bobičastog voća, nagovještajen tosta na zadnjoj polovini, svilenkastim i izbalansiranim završnim ukusom. Vrlo dobre energije, služi se kao aperitiv ili sa laganim salatama, pastama i jelima od riže, posebno sa morskim plodovima, sirovim ili obarenim školjkama i grilovanom ribom, a može i sa voćnim jelima uključujući lagane dezerte.

A blend of 70% Garnacha and 30% Pinot Noir, this Cava is a bright pale pink colour.  Aromas of strawberry, blood orange and pungent flowers are sharpened by zesty mineral notes. On the palate it is fresh and elegant, powerful and persistent with citrus and red berry notes.  A hint of toast emerges on the back half, leading to a silky and balanced finish.  This Cava has very good energy.  Serve as an aperitif or pair with light salads, light pasta and rice dishes, especially with seafood, raw and lightly cooked shellfish and grilled fish.  Could also match fruit-based dishes including light desserts.
