Only 774 bottles are produced of this 70% Verdejo blended with Albillo Real, Garnacha Blanca and Moscatel. These century-old vines are hand harvested and then fermented at cool temperatures before aging on fine lees. The result is a fine-toned, bright wine with aromas of yellow plum, pear, fennel, lemon zest (citrus) and white flowers as well as tropical accents including pineapple and banana. Fresh, agile and vibrant in the mouth, it pairs well with citrus fruit, sushi, salads and seafood.
