Château d'Esclans Rosé 2021

Ovo vino imanja – napravljeno isključivo od grožđa uzgojenog u starijim vinogradima oko dvorca – spaja dva različita pristupa koja Esclans koristi: nerđajući čelik i fermentaciju u bačvi. To daje vinu jedinstveno ukrštanje između svježine i kompleksnosti. Pretežno cvjetne arome prate note crvenog bobičastog voća s primjesama vanile i kruške. To je roze punog stila sa glatkom i kremastom teksturom koja je bogata i duga na nepcu. Ima snagu, dužinu i teksturalnu, slanu završnicu.

This estate wine – made exclusively from grapes grown in older vineyards around the château – brings together the two different approaches that Esclans uses:  stainless steel and barrel fermentation.  This gives the wine an unique cross between freshness and complexity.  Predominantly floral aromas are followed by notes of red berry fruit with a touch of vanilla and pear.  It’s a full style rosé with a smooth and creamy texture that is rich and long on the palate.  It has power, length and a textural, saline finish.
