Ispostavilo se da region Levač u centralnoj Srbiji ima teroar koji je izuzetno sličan onom u Burgundiji. Samo mu nedostaje ista istorija. Ali Vinarija Lastar, sa fokusom na Chardonnay i Pinot Noir, želi to promijeniti. Ovaj Chardonnay je zaista divan. Podsjeća na burgundska bijela vina, nudi arome kruške, jabuke, limuna i ananasa upotpunjene mekim karakterom drveta, koji dodaje kompleksnost. Ovo je vinarija koju treba pogledati i otkriti!

It turns out that the Levač region of central Serbia has a terroir that is remarkably similar to that of Burgundy.  It just lacks the same storied history.  But Vinarija Lastar, with its focus on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, is aiming to change that.  This Chardonnay is truly lovely.  Reminiscent of Burgundian white wines, it offers aromas of pear, apple, lemon and pineapple completed by the soft character of wood, which adds complexity.  This is a winery to watch, and to discover!
