Šemberov Pjenušavi Rosé je pjenušavo vino proizvedeno klasičnom (šampanjskom) metodom iz hrvatske regije Plešivica, napravljeno od kupaže Pinot Noira i Plavca Žutog. Odležavalo je tri godine na talogu, kombinujući eleganciju i živost, i odražava sve veći ugled Plešivice kao regije poznate po preciznim, terroirskim pjenušavim vinima.

Nježne losos-ružičaste boje, vino se otvara svježim aromama šumskih jagoda, crvene ribizle i latica ruže, uz suptilne tonove brioša i sušenih biljaka. Na nepcu je živo i izražajno, sa finim mehurićima i gracioznom, mineralnom strukturom. Završnica je čista i postojana, sa svježim crvenim voćem i slanim karakterom koji ga čini izuzetnim uz hranu. Idealno kao aperitiv ili u kombinaciji sa tartarom od tune, grilovanim škampima ili mekanim sirevima.

Šember’s Sparkling Rosé is a traditional-method rosé from Croatia’s Plešivica region, crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir and Plavac Žuti. Aged on the lees for three years, it offers both elegance and vibrancy, and reflects the region’s growing reputation for precise, terroir-driven sparkling wines.

Delicate salmon-pink in colour, the wine opens with fresh aromas of wild strawberries, red currants, and rose petals, with subtle undertones of brioche and dried herbs. On the palate, it is lively and expressive, with fine bubbles and a graceful, mineral edge. The finish is clean and persistent, with bright red fruit and a savoury, food-friendly character. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with tuna tartare, grilled prawns, or soft cheeses.
