Ergo Pjenušavo Rosé, Temet 2018 (750 ml)

Kupaža Chardonnay-a i Pinot Noira, ovo je elegantno penušavo vino sa intenzivnim talasom finih mehurića. Buke, prepun finesa, ispunjen je prefinjenim aromama crvenih ribizli i zelenih jagoda, tonovima žalfije, delikatnim notama kvasca i mineralnim nijansama. Perlaž je bogat, fokusiran i vibrantan. Na nepcu se ističe izuzetna voćna svježina, sa tonovima trešanja, višanja i jabuka. Ovi ukusi postaju još upečatljiviji u dugoj završnici, donoseći postojane note grejpfruta i prijatnu slanoću.

Od grožđa iz organski uzgajanih vinograda, ovo je vjerovatno najbolji primjer penušavog vina koji se danas proizvodi u Srbiji. Boca, iako nije idealna za fotografisanje izbliza kao naša, izuzetno je elegantna i jedinstvena, dodajući moderan i sofisticiran izgled vašoj trpezi.

A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, this is an elegant sparkling wine with an intense stream of fine bubbles. The bouquet, full of finesse, is filled with refined aromas of red currants and green strawberries, hints of sage, delicate yeast notes, and mineral nuances. The perlage is rich, focused, and vibrant. There is exceptional fruit freshness on the palate, with notes of cherries, sour cherries, and apples.  These become even more striking in the long finish, bringing persistent hints of grapefruit and a pleasant salinity.  

From organically grown vineyards, this is probably the finest example of sparkling wine being made in Serbia today.  The bottle, which is not optimal for close-up pictures like ours, is nonetheless very elegant and unique, adding a modern classy aspect to your table.
