Samo 774 boce su proizvedene od ovog 70% Verdejo u blendu sa Albillo Real, Garnacha Blanca i Moscatel. Ove stoljetne vinove loze ručno se beru, a potom fermentiraju na hladnim temperaturama prije starenja na finom talogu. Rezultat je fino tonirano, svijetlo vino sa aromama žute šljive, kruške, komorača, limunske kore i bijelog cvijeća, kao i sa tropskim naglascima, uključujući ananas i bananu. Svjež, okretan i živopisan u ustima, dobro se uklapa sa agrumima, sušijem, salatama i morskim plodovima.
Only 774 bottles are produced of this 70% Verdejo blended with Albillo Real, Garnacha Blanca and Moscatel. These century-old vines are hand harvested and then fermented at cool temperatures before aging on fine lees. The result is a fine-toned, bright wine with aromas of yellow plum, pear, fennel, lemon zest (citrus) and white flowers as well as tropical accents including pineapple and banana. Fresh, agile and vibrant in the mouth, it pairs well with citrus fruit, sushi, salads and seafood.
