The bouquet is refined and expressive, with aromas of ripe pear, white peach, and melon, layered with notes of wildflowers, citrus peel, and a delicate mineral touch. On the palate it is textured yet vibrant, offering juicy stone fruit and citrus flavours framed by crisp acidity and a subtle saline edge. Gentle lees ageing adds roundness and complexity without weighing down the freshness.
