Dobijeno iz sertifikovanih organskih vinograda smještenih u hladnijem klimatskom regionu Rheinhessen, na zapadu Njemačke – području idealnom za uzgoj grožđa sorte Riesling. Vinogradi dodatno koriste održive metode uzgoja, čime se postiže minimalan uticaj na životnu sredinu. Grožđe za ovo vino pažljivo se bere početkom oktobra, u optimalnom trenutku kako bi se sačuvala svježina i voćni karakter. Nakon nježnog presovanja, sok fermentiše spontano u inox tankovima kako bi se zadržali izraženi voćni ukusi i prirodna kisjelost grožđa Riesling. Vino kratko odležava na finom talogu radi postizanja veće kompleksnosti prije flaširanja.

Vino je blijedo slamnasto žute boje s nijansama zelene, a u aromi se ističu breskva, zelena jabuka i cvjetovi citrusa, uz suptilne note bilja i mineralnosti. Na nepcu je svježe i živo, s izraženom kisjelošću. Ukusi sočne breskve, živahnog limuna i hrskave zelene jabuke dopunjeni su nijansama bijelog cvijeća i blagim dodirom mokrog kamena. Ovaj suvi Riesling ima voćni završetak koji dugo ostaje na nepcu.

Preporučuje se serviranje rashlađenog, na temperaturi između 8–10 °C. Odlično se slaže sa azijskom kuhinjom, poput tajlandskog karija ili vijetnamskih proljećnih rolnica. Takođe je izvrstan uz lagane salate s citrusnim prelivom, jela od svježe ribe poput grilovanih škampi ili lososa kuvanog na pari, začinjena jela – jer kisjelost vina balansira ljutinu i dodatno naglašava ukuse – kao i uz meke sireve poput briea ili camemberta, ili pak uz svježi kozji sir.

 

Sourced from certified organic vineyards located in the cool-climate Rheinhessen region, an area in western Germany that is ideal for growing Riesling grapes.  The vineyards further benefit from sustainable farming practices, ensuring minimal environmental impact.   The grapes for this wine are carefully harvested in the early days of October at the perfect state to preserve their freshness and fruit driven character. After gentle pressing, the juice undergoes spontanoues fermentation in stainless steel tanks to retain the bright fruit flavours and natural acidity of the Riesling grapes. The wine is aged briefly on the lees to enhance complexity before bottling.

Pale straw yellow in colour with hints of green, the wine offers fragrant aromas of peaches, green apples, and citrus blossoms, with subtle notes of herbs and minerality.  On the palate it is crisp and refreshing with a lively acidity. Flavours of juicy peach, tangy lemon, and crisp green apple are complemented by hints of white flowers and a touch of wet stone.  This dry Riesling has a fruity finish that lingers on the palate.

We recommend serving the wine chilled, between 8-10°C.  It's a very good pairing for Asian cuisine such as Thai curry or Vietnamese spring rolls. It's also lovely with light salads with citrus vinaigrette, fresh seafood dishes like grilled shrimp or poached salmon, spicy dishes - as the wine's crisp acidity balances heat and enhances flavours - and with soft cheeses like brie or camembert, or tangy goat cheese.
