 Château Foncrose odražava klasičan, pristupačan stil bijelog Bordeauxa, zasnovan na tipičnim sortama regije. Najčešće temeljen na sortama Sauvignon Blanc i Sémillon, ova vina kombinuju svježinu, aromatičnost i blagu zaokruženost, što ih čini vrlo prilagodljivim različitim stilovima kuhinje.

U čaši se pokazuje svijetla zlatno-žuta boja sa zelenkastim odsjajem. Na nosu se otvaraju arome bijelog cvijeća, citrusa i koštičavog voća—limun, grejp, breskva i zelena jabuka—uz diskretnu notu sušenog voća. Na nepcu je svježe i živahno, sa izraženom kisjelinom i čistim voćnim profilom; laganog do srednjeg tijela, završava se osvježavajuće, mineralno i elegantno suvo.
