Jermann je očito najpoznatiji po svom Pinot Grigio i vinima iz jednog vinograda, ali se i ovaj Sauvignon vinifikuje na isti način:  sa dijelom voća koji se do kasno ostavlja na čokotu da zrelom voću doda arome i punoću.  Arome tropskog voća, zove i citrusa iskaču iz čaše ovog izražajnog vina. Elegantno strukturisano, na nepcima pruža mirisne note sočnog bijelog grejpfruta, ananasa i zrele kajsije, uz pikantnu kiselost.    Uparuje sa salatama, morskim plodovima i živinskim mesom. 

Jermann is such a best-selling producer here in Montenegro, we thought it was time to add a new varietal:    Sauvignon.  Obvioulsy, Jermann is best known for their Pinot Grigio and single vineyard wines, but this Sauvignon is vinified in the same way:  with a portion of the fruit left late on the vine to add ripe fruit flavours and body.  Aromas of tropical fruit, elder flower and citrus almost leap out of the glass on this expressive wine. Elegantly structured, the savory palate delivers juicy white grapefruit, pineapple and mature apricot alongside tangy acidity.    Pair with salads, seafood and poultry.
