Ćilibarno-zlatna boja sa blistavim odsjajem. Na nosu sušena kajsija, kora narandže, med i karamela uz slojeve orašastih tonova, začina i nagovještaj vanile. Na nepcu bogato i svilenkasto, sa uravnoteženom slatkoćom i živom kisjelinom, završavajući dugo i toplo—idealno uz cantucci, deserte, plave sireve ili samostalno.
