Louis Roederer Brut Nature 2015

Ovaj Champagne je rezultat saradnje između Louis Roederera i renomiranog dizajnera Philippe Starcka, sa ciljem da se proizvede vino krajnje čistoće: bez malolaktičke fermentacije i dodatog šećera. Brut Nature 2015 je bogat, snažan i nevjerovatno izražajan, a i najkompletniji Brut Nature koji je Roederer napravio, jer je manje opor i kremastiji od prethodnih.  Nepcima daje čitav niz aroma: sušenog cvijeća, kamilice, osušene kruške i nane.  Najbolje je sa hranom, pa ga probajte sa dimljenim lososom, školjkama ili odličnim dimljenim mesom.

This Champagne is the result of a collaboration between Louis Roederer and renowned designer Philippe Starck - the goal is to produce a wine of ultimate purity: no malolactic fermentation, no added sugar.  The 2015 Brut Nature is rich, powerful and incredibly expressive. It is also the most complete Brut Nature Roederer has made, as it has less of the austerity of previous releases and more creaminess.  The palate is a rich array of flavours: dried flowers, chamomile, dried pear and mint.  Best with food, so try it with smoked salmon, shellfish or very good charcuterie.
