San Servolo Crveno spaja čistu, osvježavajuću prirodu lagera sa većom dubinom i izraženijim sladnim karakterom. Proizvedeno u Istri, u čaši je duboke jantarno-crvene boje sa kremastom pjenom, uz privlačne arome tostiranog hljeba, karamele i biskvita, praćene diskretnim notama suvog voća i prženih žitarica.

Srednjeg tijela i glatke teksture, na nepcu donosi ukuse tostiranog slada, toffee karamele i biskvita, uravnotežene dovoljnom hmeljnom gorčinom koja održava svježinu i sprječava da bogatiji sladni karakter djeluje slatko ili teško. Završetak je čist, blago tostiran i prijatno dug. Odličan izbor za one koji žele više dubine i ukusa od klasičnog svijetlog lagera, ali i dalje cijene svježinu i pitkost ovog stila. Posebno se dobro slaže sa mesom sa roštilja ili pečenim mesom, burgerima, kobasicama, pizzom i odležalim sirevima.

San Servolo Crveno takes the clean, refreshing character of a lager and adds greater depth through a richer, more expressive malt profile. Brewed in Istria, it pours a deep amber-red colour with a creamy off-white head, revealing inviting aromas of toasted bread, caramel and biscuit alongside subtle notes of dried fruit and roasted grain.

Medium-bodied and smooth on the palate, flavours of toasted malt, toffee and biscuit are balanced by enough hop bitterness to keep the beer fresh and prevent the richer malt character from becoming sweet or heavy. The finish is clean, gently toasted and pleasantly persistent. An excellent choice for those who want more depth and flavour than a classic pale lager while retaining the freshness and drinkability of the style, Crveno pairs particularly well with grilled or roasted meats, burgers, sausages, pizza and aged cheeses.
