Duboke, gotovo neprozirne crne boje sa gustom bež pjenom, otvara snažne arome tamne čokolade, kakaa, karamele i prženog slada, uz note keksa, kafe i diskretan slani karakter.

Punog tijela i raskošno glatke teksture, na nepcu donosi slojeve tamne čokolade, karamele i tostiranog keksa, uz espresso i prženi slad, dok blaga slanost pruža kontrast i sprječava da bogatstvo ukusa postane pretjerano slatko. Snažno, intenzivno i puno karaktera, Tama je pivo za polagano uživanje – gotovo desert samo za sebe – i odlično se slaže sa čokoladnim desertima, poslasticama sa karamelom i odležalim sirevima, ili jednostavno kao čaša za kraj večeri.

Tama is a rich and indulgent Imperial Stout from Croatia’s The Garden Brewery, built around the decadent flavours of salted caramel and chocolate biscuit. Deep, almost opaque black in colour with a dense tan head, it offers intense aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, caramel and roasted malt, complemented by notes of biscuit, coffee and a subtle savoury touch of salt.

Full-bodied and luxuriously smooth, the palate layers dark chocolate, caramel and toasted biscuit with espresso and roasted malt, while the gentle salinity provides contrast and prevents the richness from becoming overly sweet. Powerful, warming and intensely flavourful, Tama is a beer to sip slowly – almost a dessert in its own right – and an excellent match for chocolate desserts, caramel-based sweets, mature cheeses or simply a quiet glass after dinner.
