Planina je snažan i intenzivan Double Imperial Stout inspirisan klasičnim italijanskim affogatom – kombinacijom bogatog espresa i kremastog gelata. Duboke, gotovo potpuno neprozirne crne boje, otvara koncentrisane arome svježe pripremljenog espresa, tamne čokolade i prženog slada, uz note kakaa, vanile i slatke pavlake.

Gusto, punog tijela i raskošno glatke teksture, na nepcu dominiraju kafa i gorkasta tamna čokolada, dok prženi slad i kremasti, desertni tonovi donose dodatnu dubinu i bogatstvo. Uprkos intenzitetu, gorčina espresa i tamne čokolade održava ravnotežu i vodi ka dugom, toplom i izuzetno bogatom završetku. Planina is a powerful, intensely flavoured Double Imperial Stout inspired by the classic Italian affogato – the combination of rich espresso and creamy gelato. Deep and virtually opaque black in colour, it opens with concentrated aromas of freshly brewed espresso, dark chocolate and roasted malt, accompanied by notes of cocoa, vanilla and sweet cream.

Dense, full-bodied and luxuriously smooth, the palate is dominated by coffee and bittersweet chocolate, with roasted malt and creamy dessert-like flavours adding remarkable depth and richness. Despite its intensity, the bitterness of espresso and dark chocolate provides balance, carrying the beer towards a long, warming and deeply satisfying finish. Planina is a beer for slow sipping rather than simple refreshment – an indulgent after-dinner drink that can take the place of dessert itself, or pair beautifully with tiramisu, dark chocolate and rich chocolate desserts.
