Klasična GSM mješavina (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre) boja ovog vina je duboki, gusti rubin. U nosu se otkrivaju snažne arome moke, kafe i divljih biljaka poput gloga, dok je na nepcu meko i glatko, ali snažnog karaktera, puno začina i zrelih crnih plodova. Potražite i suptilne ukuse kandiranog kestena, cimeta i sladića. Idealno na 18°C ​​uz crveno meso sa roštilja, tagine, dinstana jela  i stare sireve.

A classic GSM blend (Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre) the colour of this wine is a deep, dense ruby.  The nose reveals powerful aromas of mocha, coffee and wild plants such as hawthorn, while on the palate it is soft and smooth, yet with strong character, full of spice and ripe black fruits.  Also look for subtle flavours of candied chestnuts, cinnamon and liquorice. Ideal at 18°C with grilled red meats, tajines, simmered dishes and mature cheeses.
