A medium bodied, elegant and old school Médoc with about equal amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Elevated by the excellent 2016 vintage, this wine is a great value. Currant, pencil lead and fresh rose-petal aromas follow through to a full body, round and nicely chewy tannins and a long finish. Balanced and polished.
