The 2022 vintage was warm and dry, producing wines of concentration and generosity, while careful vineyard management preserved freshness and balance. Fermentation and ageing in French oak barrels have shaped a wine that combines the power of Ribera del Duero with the precision and elegance associated with the Vega Sicilia philosophy.

In the glass, it shows a deep ruby colour with violet reflections. The nose is expressive and intense, revealing aromas of ripe blackberry, black cherry, and plum, layered with notes of cocoa, cedar, sweet spice, espresso, and subtle balsamic nuances. The palate is full-bodied and polished, with velvety tannins and vibrant acidity supporting concentrated dark fruit and finely integrated oak. The finish is long, structured, and harmonious, marked by both richness and freshness.
