Posvećeno albumu “Joshua Tree” grupe U2, “Dreams” se pravi od vrhunske selekcije Chardonnaya, a spektakularno je u ovoj berbi. Prije flaširanja sazrijeva 11 mjeseci u buradima od francuske hrastovine, a nudi puno šarma, kompleksnosti i aroma rijetke elegancije i rafiniranosti. Preovladavaju egzotični nagovještaji sazrelog voća, istopljenog butera, vanile i peciva, a na nepcima se pojačavaju punoćom i dugotrajnim završnim ukusom. Uparuje se sa vrhunskim morskim plodovima, peradi i pastama u krem sosu.
Dedicated to U2’s Joshua Tree album, “Dreams” is made from a top selection of Chardonnay and is spectacular in this vintage. Aged for 11 months in French oak barrels before bottling, the wine offers charm and complexity, with aromas of rare elegance and refinement. Exotic hints of ripened fruit, melted butter, vanilla and pastry prevail. On the palate theflavours are the same with the added enhancement of a full body and a long finish. Pair this wine with premium seafoods, poultry and pastas in a cream sauce.
