Winkl je sočan, nježno voćni, mineralni Sauvignon Blanc, koji se u ovoj zadruzi proizvodi kao sortno vino od 1956. godine. Na području Terlano DOC, ova sorta vinove loze dugo se uzgaja sa odličnim rezultatima u najstarijim vinogradima. Ovdje se odležava na talogu, dijelom u inoxu (80%), a dijelom u velikim drvenim bačvama (20%) oko 8 mjeseci. Nudi arome zrelog voća kajsije, mandarine i marakuje, upotpunjene elementima zove, ogrozda i mente. Zapanjujuće dostignuće, ovo je vino dobre strukture i mineralnosti, ali u isto vrijeme i ljupke aromatične završnice. Uparite ga sa salatama od povrća, bijelim ili zelenim šparogama, karpaćom od tune, dimljenim lososom, sirovim langošima, poširanom pastrmkom ili mladim kozjim sirom.

Winkl is a juicy, delicately fruity, minerally Sauvignon Blanc, which has been produced as a varietal wine at this cooperative since 1956. In the Terlano DOC area, this grape variety has long been grown with excellent results in the oldest vineyards. The ageing here is on the lees, partly in stainless steel (80%) and partly in big wooden barrels (20%) for about 8 months.   It offers ripe fruit aromas of apricot, mandarin and passion fruit, complemented by elements of elderberry, gooseberry and mint.  An astounding achievement, this is a wine with good structure and minerality, but at the same time a lovely aromatic finish.  Pair it with vegetable salads, white or green asparagus,  tuna carpaccio, smoked salmon, raw langoustines, poached trout or young goat’s cheese.
