Pinot Grigio "Dessimis" Vie di Romans 2022

Slamnato žuta, ali i sa bakrenim odsjajima. (Kožica grožđa Pinot Grigio je blago crvenkaste boje.)

Nos je fin, sa nježnim notama zgnječenog cvijeća, slatkog crvenog bobičastog voća, breskve i nota citrusa. Na nepcu je svjež s punim tijelom i malo tanina koji dodaju postojanost i strukturu. Ovo je bogatija verzija Pinot Girgio nego što ste možda navikli, ali je divan i bio bi idealan spoj za jela od morskih plodova.

Straw yellow, but also with coppery reflections. (The skins of the Pinot Grigio grape are slightly reddish in colour.) 

The nose is fine, with delicate notes of crushed flowers, sweet red berries, peach and a hint of citrus fruit. On the palate it is fresh with a full body and some tannins that add persistence and structure. This is a richer version of Pinot Grigio than you might be used to, but it is wonderful and would be an ideal pairing for seafood dishes.
