La Farra is a family-run estate based in Farra di Soligo, in the heart of the Prosecco hills, where vineyards are planted on clay soils with calcareous elements. The grapes for this Pinot Grigio come from a family-owned vineyard on the lower slopes of the hills, and are handled with care in the cellar—typically including soft pressing and short skin contact—to preserve freshness and aromatic clarity.

In the glass, it shows a pale straw-yellow colour with green reflections. The nose is clean and expressive, offering aromas of green apple, apricot, and delicate floral notes such as wisteria. On the palate, it is light-bodied and fresh, with bright acidity and a crisp, easy-drinking profile; the finish is clean, lightly fruity, and refreshing, making it ideal both as an aperitif and alongside seafood, white meats, or egg-based dishes.
