Klasični Chardonnay iz Doline Napa, ali je elegantnijeg modernog stila, a ne “hrastova bomba” kao neki opšte poznati primjerci iz dolina. Ovaj je iz regije Atlas Peak u Dolini Napa - iznad sloja oblaka, sa odličnom sunčevom svjetlošću i svakodnevnim rasponom temperature. Ovaj Chardonnay je posebno kompleksan, sa pretežno voćnim aromama zrele bijele breskve, kajsije i zrele jabuke. U završnom ukusu dobija bogatu strukturu, dodatne tople začinske note i mineralnost, sa senzacionalnom i postojanom dužinom. Uparuje se sa živinskim mesom, pastama i svim vrstama morskih plodova.
A classic Napa Valley Chardonnay but in a more elegant modern style, not an “oak bomb” like some notorious examples from the valley floor. This is from the Atlas Peak region of Napa Valley, above the cloud layer and with excellent sunlight as well as diurnal temperature ranges. This Chardonnay is notably complex and perfumed with its core fruit flavours of ripe white peach, apricot, and ripe apple. The wine gains richness on the finish with its toasty spice notes and minerality, yet ends with a sensational and persistent length. Pair this with poultry, pastas and seafood of all kinds.
