Bramìto del Cervo je Chardonnay kuće Marchesi Antinori, proizveden na imanju Castello della Sala u Umbriji. Grožđe dolazi sa zemljišta bogatih glinom i fosilima, a vino kombinuje fermentaciju u inoxu sa djelimičnim odležavanjem u hrastu, čime se postiže balans između svježine, teksture i suptilne kompleksnosti.

U čaši se pokazuje svijetla slamnasto-žuta boja sa zlatnim odsjajem. Na nosu je elegantno i profinjeno, sa aromama citrusa, zelene jabuke i bijele breskve, uz note vanile, lješnika i blago tostiranog drveta. Na nepcu je srednjeg tijela, sa zaokruženom teksturom i svježom kisjelinom; ukusi voća i citrusa prate diskretni uticaj hrasta, vodeći ka čistoj, uravnoteženoj završnici sa blagom mineralnošću.

Bramìto del Cervo is the Chardonnay of Marchesi Antinori, produced at Castello della Sala in Umbria. Sourced from vineyards with clay and fossil-rich soils, the wine combines a portion of oak ageing with stainless steel fermentation, resulting in a style that balances freshness with texture and subtle complexity.

In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow colour with golden reflections. The nose is elegant and refined, with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white peach, complemented by notes of vanilla, hazelnut, and light toast. On the palate, it is medium-bodied, with a smooth, rounded texture and fresh acidity; flavours of orchard fruit and citrus are supported by gentle oak, leading to a clean, balanced finish with a touch of minerality.
