    Juanjo Tellaetxe ostvario je svoj san kad je primijenio svoju filozofiju rada u vinogradima Arrastaria Valley (Álava) kako bi napravio poštena vina sa jakim lokalnim karakterom. Da bi se to postiglo, vinarija Tantaka zalaže se za korištenje autohtonih sorti, koje se uzgajaju na organski način, poštovanje ekoloških standarda i sa minimalnom intervencijom u vinariji. Ova 2018. godina, odležavala je na talogu, nudi voćne mirise zelene jabuke i grejpa. Na nepcu je lagano i voćno, uz laganu završnu gorčinu.

    Juanjo Tellaetxe made his dream a reality when he implemented his work philosophy in the Arrastaria Valley vineyards (Álava) to make honest wines with a strong local character. To do that, the Tantaka winery is committed to using native varieties, cultivated in an organic, environmentally-respectful way and with minimum intervention in the winery.  This 2018, aged on the lees, offers fruity fragrances of green apple and grapefruit. On the palate it is light and fruity with a light final bitterness.
