Buket je složen i privlačan, sa aromama zrele kruške, žute jabuke i dunje, složenim sa notama kamilice, bagremovog meda, badema i daškom kore citrusa. Na nepcu je teksturiran i raskošan, sa ukusima koštičavog voća, pečene jabuke i suptilnih začina, koje podupiru živahna kisjelost i fina mineralna struktura. Nježni tanini od produženog kontakta s pokožicom dodaju strukturu i dubinu.

Sauvignon Vert (known across the border in Italy as Friulano) is one of the historic white varieties of Goriška Brda.  The nose is complex and inviting, with aromas of ripe pear, golden apple, and quince, layered with notes of chamomile, acacia honey, almond, and a touch of citrus peel. On the palate it is textured and expansive, with flavours of stone fruit, baked apple, and subtle spice, supported by vibrant acidity and a fine mineral backbone. Gentle tannins from extended skin contact add structure and depth.

The finish is long and savoury, leaving lingering impressions of orchard fruit, herbs, and a distinctive saline edge. Profound, age-worthy, and deeply rooted in its terroir, this is a brilliant example of how Sauvignon Vert can combine richness and freshness in perfect harmony.
