Svijetle i živahne boje, Pascal Jolivet Sancerre je svježe i čisto vino koje odiše provokativnom kiselošću. Na nepcima je svježe i napeto, a kiselost mu ublažava vrlo suptilni rezidualni šećer.  Rezultat je vrlo čisto, živo, provokativno i mladalačko vino. Sve u svemu, suvi i elegantni Sancerre od jednog od najzanimljivih proizvođača sa Loare.

Pale and vibrant in colour. The Pascal Jolivet Sancerre is fresh, clean and screaming with racy acidity. On the palate it is fresh and tightly wound; the acidity is tempered by a very subtle residual sugar.  The result is a wine that is very clean, alive, racy and youthful. Overall, a dry and elegant Sancerre from one of the Loire’s most exciting producers.
