Pošip (Organic), Testament 2021

Pošip je kralj hrvatskih sorti grožđa. Dobitnik zlatne medalje u Decanteru, Testamentov pošip se pravi isključivo od organski uzgojenog grožđa i fermentira divljim, autohtonim kvascima. Vino je prilično lako za piće i nudi arome koštičavog voća, jabuke, cvijeta narandže i aromatičnog bilja. Ukus je intenzivno mineralan i svjež, dobrog tijela i strukture. Sjajan je spoj sa salatama, plodovima mora i mladim sirevima.

Pošip is the king of Croatian grape varietals.  A Decanter gold medal winner, Testament’s Pošip is made exclusively from organically grown grapes and fermented with wild, indigenous yeasts.  The wine is quite easy-drinking and offers aromas of stone fruits, apple, orange flower and aromatic herbs.  The flavour is intensively mineral and fresh, with good body and structure.  It's a terrific pairing with salads, seafood and young cheeses.
