This liqueur matches two green apple varieties selected from the best orchards: Granny Smith and Golden Delicious.  Their quality perfectly reveals the delicious acidity of the Granny Smith, while the Golden Delicious brings the sweet taste of the fruit and a very pleasant length in the mouth.

The nose is ample, striking and intense.  The purity and freshness of the fruit is evident, without any heaviness.  You can practically taste the orchard.
