    Ovaj ukusni rum napravljen je tradicionalnim tehnikama od lokalne šećerne trske. Rum je prvo odležao u ovoj tropskoj klimi u bačvama od burbona, a zatim plovi do jugozapada Francuske za drugo sazrijevanje u francuskim hrastovim bačvama.  Ova metoda dvostrukog starenja podržana znanjem, stvara rum sa toplijim notama egzotičnog voća i grožđica.

    Nos: Intenzivan, započinje sa melasom, kruškom i lakom za drvo. Zatim postaje voćnije i začinjenije sa jabukom, bananom i ogrozdom, takođe muškatnim oraščićem i vanilom sa primesom dima.

    Nepce: bogato i okruglo, prati nos sa vanilom, medom, đumbirom i voćnim notama suvih šljiva i kokosa. Završnica je jako dugačka sa sušenom bananom, burbonom i pimentom.

    This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane. First aged in this tropical climate in bourbon casks, the rum is then sailed to the southwest of France for a second maturation in French oak casks.  This double ageing method paired with Fijian know-how creates a rum with warm notes of exotic fruits and raisin.

    Nose: Intense, it starts on molasses, pear and varnish. It then becomes fruitier and spicier on apple, banana and gooseberry, also nutmeg and vanilla with a hint ofsmoke.

    Palate: Rich and round, it follows the nose with vanilla fudge, honey, ginger and fruity notes of prune and coconut. The finish is very long on dried banana,bourbon and allspice.
