Intenzivni i mesnati miris zrele višnje i kompota od trešanja uz floralne note zumbula i božura. Strukturno, čvrstog taninskog stiska na desnima koji prizivasvežu aroniju i trnjinu. Fina voćna svežina nosi postojanu završnicu u kojoj sesmenjuju voćne, začinske i floralne note.

Smješten na obroncima Fruške gore (geološki jedinstvenog područja bogatog mineralima i hranljivim materijama, samo 2 km od Dunava) Đorđe Bikicki blisko sarađuje sa vinarom Oszkarom Maurerom na stvaranju vina bez intervencija koja odražavaju njihovu filozofiju ravnoteze i elegancije, i njihovu zajedničku želju da izraze kvalitet voća koje im teroar daje prirodno.  Ovo vino dolazi u lijepoj keramičkoj boci.

A Pinot Grigio, supercharged:  Intense and fleshy aroma of ripe sour cherries and cherry compote, with floral notes of hyacinth and peony. Very good stricture, with a firm tannic grip that evokes fresh aronia and blackthorn.  Despite its weight, this is very fresh and carries a persistent finish characterized by fruity, spicy and floral notes.

Located on the slopes of Fruška Gora (a geologically unique area rich in minerals and nutrients, just 2 km from the Danube) Đorđe Bikicki works closely with winemaker Oszkar Maurer to create intervention-free wines that reflect their philosophy of balance and elegance, and their shared desire to express the quality of fruit that their terroir naturally provides.
