Proizvedeno od sorte Malvazija Istriana, ali uzgojeno u prestižnoj regiji Friuli DOC na sjeveroistoku Italije, vino je duboke slamnato žute boje, sa sortnim aromatskim notama – bijelo cvijeće, bagrem, zrele breskve, kajsije i korica citrusa – uz nijanse tropskog voća. Na nepcu je harmonično i dobro izbalansirano, sa lijepom dužinom. Odlično se slaže sa sirovim školjkama i morskim plodovima, jelima od riže i tjestenine sa pečurkama (ili tartufima), jelima bogatim mastima i živinom.

Made from Malvasia Istriana, but grown in the prestigious Friuli DOC in north-eastern Italy, the wine is a deep straw yellow in colour, with varietal aromatic notes - white flowers, honeysuckle, ripe peaches, apricots, and citrus zest - nuanced with some hints of tropical fruit.  It's harmonious and well-balanced on the palate, with good length.  Pair this with raw shellfish and seafood, rice and pasta dishes with mushrooms (or truffles), fat-rich foods and poultry.
