Raicilla is a traditional Mexican spirit, cousin to mezcal, made from agave but with its own distinct regional character. Crafted in the volcanic highlands of Jalisco from agave maximiliana, this Red Label bottling bursts with aromas of roasted agave, tropical fruit, citrus, and a hint of smoke.

On the palate it’s vibrant and silky, with flavours of baked pineapple, lime, and gentle spice, finishing long with mineral and herbal notes. Complex, elegant, and unmistakably rooted in its terroir — perfect for sipping neat or pairing with fresh seafood.
