Napravljen u pustinji Chihuahua od divlje ubrane biljke Dasylirion leiophyllum (vrsta desert spoon-a), ovaj zanatski sotol pruža živopisan izraz svog grubog terroir-a. Destilovan u malim serijama, odražava i tradiciju i divlju botaniku sjevernog Meksika.

Na nosu je svjež i vibrantan, sa aromama bora, žalfije, kore citrusa i usitnjenog bilja, obogaćen notama bibera i zemljane mineralnosti. Na nepcu je suv i precizan, kombinuje ukuse zelenog bilja, korice limete i suptilnih cvjetnih nota sa blagim dimom. Tekstura je čista i elegantna, nošena prepoznatljivom mineralnom strukturom.

The texture is clean and elegant, carried by a distinctive mineral backbone.
