Matured in a combination of first-fill sherry casks, refill sherry casks, and bourbon barrels, it pours a warm golden colour and opens with inviting aromas of fresh apple, ripe pear, toffee, and a hint of coconut, all lifted by subtle floral notes. The palate is smooth and rounded, offering layers of honey, soft malt, and vanilla cream, intertwined with citrus zest, almonds, and a touch of gentle spice from the oak. The mouthfeel is silky and elegant, leading into a medium to long finish where flavours of sweet malt, light spice, and orchard fruits linger in perfect harmony.
